Q. Why should I consider auctioning my property?

I well advertised auction should turn out enough bidders to attract fair market value.
Q. Who can start an auction?
A. All auctions must be started by an agent Member.
Q. How much does the auction cost me?
A. Sellers don’t usually pay for the auction service. This is a service for agents and agents usually cover it.
Q. What if I am interested but my home is already listed with an agent?
A. Just ask your agent to use the BidaBing auctioning platform to help sell your home. If he is not a member, he can become a member at no charge.
Q. Can I sell on BidaBing.com without an agent?
A. No. What makes a BidaBing auction successful is when the MLS and other traditional marketing is used to drive traffic to your auction. BidaBing does not have agents on staff. The application is a service to agents who need or want to sell by a specific date.
Q. What if my home is in foreclosure and I owe more than I think I can get?
A. You could have your agent contact your lender and request a short sale package and an extension if needed. In this case, getting the bank to agree before hand to a short sale is very important. Some agents specialize in “Short Sales”.
Q. What if I want to sell but I don’t have know a BidaBing Agent Member?
A. Just sign up as a seller. We will forward your information to a BidaBing Agent Member in your area.
